Last seen on Bravo's "Newlyweds: The First Year," Craig Ramsay and Brandon Liberati are back with a new, interactive fitness project.
"Workout's A Drag," which is now available on DVD and digital download, is a full-body workout designed to feel more like a "fitness party" than a burden. In the clip above, Ramsay demonstrates "butt kicks" while drag queens Cake Moss and Lucky Madison, along with fitness expert Becky Jennings and fashion designer Octavius Terry, join in. Meanwhile, "RuPaul's Drag Race" veteran Pandora Boxx provides some comic relief.
Liberati offers support for Ramsay and the participants in between sessions on "Workout's A Drag." Together, they taut their approach to exercise as “90 percent fitness, 10 percent sparkle and sequins.” The DVD is released as part of Ramsay and Liberati's Fit + Phab, which has been described as “a one-stop shop for all your beauty, fitness and wellness needs.”
“Most workout programs are created by fitness experts for fitness junkies,” Ramsay said in press notes. “We take fitness seriously but executing the workout should be fun. Our goal is to revitalize this space by enabling people to experience exercise in a completely new way.”
