Congratulations to our four Sunrise Senior Living communities that were recently recognized with a Silver – Achievement in Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL).
The award is part of AHCA/NCAL’s National Quality Award Program, which honors long-term and post-acute communities across the United States that demonstrate a continued commitment to providing residents with quality care. The following four Sunrise communities were recognized with this year’s Silver Award:
- Sunrise of Decatur (Decatur, GA)
- Sunrise of Johns Creek (Johns Creek, GA)
- Sunrise at Webb Gin (Lawrenceville, GA)
- The Stratford (San Mateo, CA)
“These Silver recipients have demonstrated strong systematic approaches to care and an unwavering commitment to quality,” said Ed McMahon, Ph.D., VP of Quality for Sunrise. “I congratulate all of these team members for being on this path of continuous quality improvement.”
These four communities join Sunrise’s 66 assisted living communities that were recognized with the 2016 Bronze National Quality award and the 76 communities that received the Bronze level last year. To see the full list, click here.
